In the course of providing our services on third party platforms/marketplaces, such as Apple's App Store, these platforms/marketplaces may collect information about you or receive information from us in order for the platforms/marketplaces to provide or analyze their services. Please note that these platforms/marketplaces were developed and administered by people or companies not affiliated with or controlled by Smartillery and that Smartillery is not responsible for the actions of these people or companies. You should carefully review the terms of service and privacy policies of the platforms/third-party marketplaces that you use to access our servicec. When you use or connect to the Smartillery mobile app by or through a Third Party Platform, such as Facebook or other social networking site, you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your Third Party Platform profile/account (such as your Facebook account) or via any cookies placed on your device by such Third Party Platform as permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy settings with the Third Party Platform. We will share such information with the Third Party Platform for their use as permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy setting with the Third Party Platform.

Facebook Connect

If you sign into our Service with Facebook Connect we will collect information that is visible via your Facebook account such as: (1) your first and last name, (2) Facebook ID, (3) Profile Picture/URL, and (4) list of Facebook friends. Your name will be primarily used for user registration and in social features, which may include friend-to-friend interaction, chat or messaging functionality, public leader boards, head-to-head competition and other similar features.

In-Game Dialog Boxes

When you register to play our games through our Service, we may ask whether you'd like to provide us with certain pieces of information, which could include: your e-mail, username, phone number, gender, birthdate, home address, and address book. We will do this through in-game dialog boxes, which you may choose to skip. If you provide your email address in connection with any Smartillery game, the e-mail address will be retained by Smartillery and we may use that e-mail address to contact you about your gaming experience with Smartillery games and notify you about company news and promotions. Your username may be used for social features in our games (e.g. presenting someone's name on a message

board). Your phone number may be used to help connect you with other users via our social networking system and for SMS notifications. Your gender and birthdate may be used to analyze user trends and target certain promotions. Your home address will be used if we have merchandise or other physical promotional materials we want to send to you. We may also request access to your address book to connect you to other players in the game. If we begin offering our servicec on a platform without an in-app purchase billing system, we may need to collect credit card and billing information.

E-mail Newsletter

You may elect to sign up for the Smartillery email newsletter, which will contain information and advertisements about our products. We may also contact you with targeted e-mail promotions.

Deleting and changing the Data

You have the right to review, correct or deny the use of your personal data. Following the receipt of your request the administrator will correct or delete your personal data form the database. We will take all reasonable efforts to fulfil your request of deleting the personal data unless such data needs to be retained according to the binding laws or lawful commercial purposes.

What are we using the cookies for?

We use cookies to handle the session (logging in) and maintain the selected language version for the website. Information provided by these files is also used to track the statistics of users’ visits. Moreover, the FORUM may also use other cookie files related to the functionalities of the forum. We also like real chocolate crisp cookies, but that’s just a side note.
